‘Hope’ is a painting that shows the light breaking through at the end of a dark time. She discovers she is not alone and that her prayers are being heard. The water symbolises her willingness for deep spiritual cleansing. This was painted around the time I had my first encounter with the Holy Spirit through praying to Jesus Christ for forgiveness. The most important decision of my life that has changed it immeasurably.
